Tracking
To ensure you are completely satisfied with our products, all of our shipping options will include tracking.  

Local Delivery or Pick-Up
If you are in the London, Ontario area, we offer free pick-up and delivery.  Please select local pick-up or delivery at check-out and we'll contact you to set up a pick-up or delivery time.  Deliveries are made once a week.

Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping time estimates vary depending on your location and can be viewed during check out.

Duty and Import Taxes
If you are shipping outside of Canada, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any duty and import taxes.

Processing Orders
We aim to ship your items within 5 business days of your purchase.
