Refund policy
We are a small social enterprise start-up and have worked hard to connect our artisan partners with our customers who are seeking ethically and sustainably sourced products.
We believe you will be thrilled with the craftsmanship of our products and appreciate the value that they add to your life. However, if you are unhappy with your product(s) in any way, please contact us so we can begin a conversation.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will not be refunded. We strongly encourage use of tracking as we will not be able to refund any products we do not receive.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
