In establishing Sustenance Trading Co., we deliberately chose a business model for which we are wholeheartedly excited. As a social enterprise and a for-profit small business, we can give autonomy and agency to the communities and people whom we strive to help. Not only do we want to see vulnerable communities transformed into thriving places, but we want to see systemic changes take place here in Canada and around the world.
